This warranty is limited to product replacement for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation or use by the owner, provided that this period shall not exceed two (2) years from the date of shipment. Any unused defective product will be replaced at no charge by returning it to super anchor safety or the distributor that is was purchased from. Super anchor safety permanent roof anchors are warranted to last the life of the roofing system. The flashing bases should be replaced at the time of re-roof.
